The finish you choose affects how a tile looks and performs day to day. Polished tiles reflect light and work well in living areas and bathrooms where you want a high-end look. Matt tiles are more forgiving to clean and hide marks better in high-traffic areas. Honed tiles sit somewhere in between - smooth but not glossy, popular for bathrooms and kitchens in Queensland homes. External or structural tiles are rated for outdoor use and carry the slip ratings you need for pool surrounds, patios and steps.

Size changes the feel of a room significantly. 600x600mm tiles are one of our most popular sizes - versatile, easy to lay and suit most rooms. 600x1200mm gives a longer, more contemporary look with fewer grout lines. For a bold, seamless finish in larger spaces, 750x1500mm and 800x1800mm large format tiles make a real statement. For splashbacks and feature walls, smaller formats like 75x300mm subway tiles remain a classic choice.
